Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A Legal Disclaimer
At Basic2Brilliance Academy, our goal is to provide a professional training environment that supports the development of every athlete. To ensure fairness, organization, and quality sessions for all players, the following policies apply to all training services.
1. Booking Policy
All training sessions must be scheduled through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure the training session.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule your session through the online booking system.

Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Sessions not rescheduled within this timeframe may be considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

Each session may only be rescheduled up to two times.
3. Missed Sessions
If a player does not attend a scheduled session and has not rescheduled in advance, the session will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
4. Late Arrival Policy
If a player arrives late to a training session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures fairness for other scheduled sessions and athletes.
5. Weather Policy
If a training session must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or field closures, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Session Expiration
All training sessions or training packages must be used within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise specified.
7. Parent & Player Conduct
Basic2Brilliance Academy strives to maintain a positive and respectful training environment. Players and parents are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other athletes.
8. Liability
Participation in soccer training involves physical activity and risk of injury. By registering for training sessions, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.
By booking a session with Basic2Brilliance Academy, you agree to these policies.
