Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

1. Overview


At Basic2Brilliance Academy, we value our players and families and strive to provide high-quality training and development programs. We understand that circumstances may arise that affect a player’s ability to participate. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.

2. Program Fees

 

  • All program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the first session, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Registration is considered complete once payment has been received.

  • Fees are non-transferable between players, seasons, or programs.

3. Refund Eligibility


Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Basic2Brilliance Academy before or during the program. Refunds or credits will be considered under the following conditions:

 A. Withdrawals Before Program Start

  • A full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) will be issued if a player withdraws at least 7 days before the program start date.

  • Withdrawals made within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund at the Academy’s discretion.

B. Withdrawals After Program Start

  • Once a program has started, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Partial credits may be considered for medical reasons or extenuating circumstances (e.g.,relocation, injury) when official documentation is provided.

C. Injury or Medical Conditions

  • Players unable to continue due to injury or illness may receive a pro-rated credit for future sessions upon submission of a valid medical note.

  • Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance.

4. Canceled or Postponed Sessions

  • If a session is canceled due to weather, facility closure, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Academy will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, affected participants may receive a credit toward a future program.

  • No cash refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.

5. Missed Sessions

  • Refunds or credits are not provided for missed sessions, no-shows, or personal

scheduling conflicts.

6. Academy Cancellations


If Basic2Brilliance Academy cancels a program or event for reasons other than weather or facility issues (e.g., insufficient enrolment), participants will receive a full refund or credit at their choice.

7. How to Request a Refund


All refund or credit requests must be made in writing to:

  • Player’s full name

  • Program name

  • Reason for request

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days of approval.

8. Policy Updates


Basic2Brilliance Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and changes will apply to all registrations moving forward.
